Industrial Airflow and Rotating Plastic Components
Designed for impellers, ventilation grilles, fan bases and guided-air equipment, these custom-molded components combine functional geometry with production-ready part design. The molding plan is developed around balanced rotating and circular geometry, open airflow paths with adequate blade strength, and concentric hubs, bases and mounting datums. Resin selection, gate location, parting lines and inspection points are matched to the mating parts, operating environment and expected production volume.

Designed for impellers, ventilation grilles, fan bases and guided-air equipment, these custom-molded components combine functional geometry with production-ready part design. The design review covers the interfaces that control positioning, fastening, sealing, user contact and service access.
During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to balanced rotating and circular geometry, open airflow paths with adequate blade strength, and concentric hubs, bases and mounting datums. Material options include PA, POM, PP, ABS, PC/ABS, TPE and reinforced engineering resins selected for the operating load. Final resin selection is confirmed against the customer’s functional, appearance, compliance and cost requirements.
