Медицина component projects from tooling to repeat supply

JingZhan develops dedicated moulds and custom injection-moulded components for medical-equipment and laboratory projects. The supply route connects DFM, tool trials, dimensional inspection and repeat production. Pictured parts represent different component families, not a common stock specification or a finished-device approval.

Ключевые требования к обработке

Start with the intended assembly. Provide approved drawings, mating parts, critical functions and expected annual demand. Identify the features controlling fit, sealing, movement and appearance.
Approve the exact material grade. Review resin, colour, additives and intended contact conditions. Define required supplier documents and assess any cleaning or sterilization process for the finished design.
Make acceptance measurable. Agree critical dimensions, appearance samples, functional tests and sampling. Toolmaking-equipment accuracy is not a blanket tolerance for every moulded part.
Plan the complete supply condition. Specify production-environment, cleanliness, packing and traceability requirements before quotation. Finished-device biological evaluation and regulatory approval are separate responsibilities.

Listed manufacturing resources include CNC centres, Sodick/Makino EDM, grinding and finishing equipment. Moulding options include Nissei 50–100 T, Chen Hsong 128–260 T and Haitian 500 T presses. Engineering selects the route for each tool; CMM, vision measurement and microscopy are assigned to suitable inspection features.

Separate tooling investment from piece price and define the approval steps before series release. Annual demand informs cavity count and procurement, while release quantities determine each batch. Agree tool maintenance, material-change review, lot records and the response to nonconforming parts as part of the ongoing supply plan.

Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and the quantity per release so cavity count, material procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together.
